My Snack


When I don't have time to prepare my own in-between meal, I usually go with this:



So yummy! It also makes a great pre or post workout snack.  Open my bag and you will see packets of cookies, crackers and biscuits. These can put off my hunger at work. In a busy working environment, sometimes you wouldn't notice time. Oatbits one of my favorite blend of oatmeal and raisins make me fall in love. Each serving contains 80 kkal (3 pcs).

My other favorit is Quaker Oat - Oatmeal Cookie. They come in different flavors.  But I love raisins flavor. Oats can help to absorb bad cholesterol. Each serving contains 132,3 kkal (30gr). On a day I needed a snack and an energy bump, I turned to this great little snack. The amount of fiber and protein in this helped sustain hunger longer than a snack with less would have. Overall, I continue to enjoy this snack. It satisfies my hunger between meals.  One SoyJoy bar is 30 grams and has 140 calories, 10% of the recommended daily amount for total and saturated fat on average, 4 grams of protein and 16 grams of total carbohydrates which includes 10 grams of sugar and 3 grams of fiber (12% of the RDA). Not much in the way of vitamins.
